This webpage is the second I have created. Before, it was named "Slight Repose", and had very few things. It was also hosted, but since I'm cheap I decided to stop paying for the domain name and just get a free one and free hosting. I also wanted to change everything and make it more interesting.
My inspiration came from a ring I bought at work. It's a beautiful green amber ring, and I bought it because green amber is just so different then the average orange amber. The ring gave me the name "Forest Amber". From there, I had ideas of taking pictures of trees and amber to make the layout of the website, but it never seemed right. Then I drew the picture used now in one night, added a tree and some green amber on her clothes, and it worked! I used the picture for the website and made a layout that was clean and simple and matched the name. All from that one ring.
